CSI Aid To Refugees From ISIS Continues

Thanks to CSI’s donors, our friends in Iraq have been delivering aid to people driven from their homes by the Islamic State since the very start of the crisis – all the more important now as homeless Christians, Yazidis and Muslims in Iraq and Syria face heavy winter rains and snowfall. One of our friends in Iraq sent us these pictures yesterday, saying:

“Today, we distributed food supplies and blankets to Christian and Yazidi displaced families near the Turkish border and in Zakho province. 152 families received blankets or food packages. The Yazidis in Zakho told us that they hadn’t received any aid or help for a long time, and the Yazidis near the border said that if it wasn’t for us, they would have been starving and freezing now.”

Until they can go home, we will be there for them.
